NOTICE TO ALL BUILDING LEADERS AND STAFF
Subject: Homecoming Week—Student Safety and Schedule

As we celebrate Homecoming Week, all staff must supervise their assigned students every minute of the school day. No student may be left unattended or released from assigned supervision for any reason without written authorization. Student safety remains the responsibility of our schools and staff at all times.

Please note the following:

• Wednesday, October 21: Districtwide staff meeting at 2:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
• Thursday, October 22: Coronation at Leland High School.
• Friday, October 23: District staff development and student holiday. The Homecoming Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. Staff are asked to be visible and supportive during parade activities. Additional directions and the schedule for the remainder of Friday will be provided at Wednesday’s meeting.
• Monday, October 26: Fall Break for students and staff.
• Tuesday, October 27: School resumes at the regular time.
